Job Description:



7+ years in Salesforce architecture, development, or solution consulting
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Experience with integrations (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, SAP), security (Shield, SSO), data migration, and cloud architecture
Ability to balance declarative and custom solutions, leveraging best practices in scalability and performance

Customer-Facing & Strategic Skills

Proven ability to lead executive discovery, strategy, and roadmap sessions
Experience in pre-sales, proposal development, SOW writing, and pricing models
Comfortable navigating both technical stakeholders and business executives
Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills

Delivery Leadership

Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in complex enterprise environments
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, DevOps, Copado, Git
Ability to translate vision into execution while keeping teams aligned and on track

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect
Project/Program Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Practitioner
Previous experience working in a Salesforce consulting partner or system integrator environment
