Job Description:

HVAC Service Administrator Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc, a Marsden Holding Company is a non-union full-service mechanical contractor in Cincinnati, OH specializing in Commercial HVAC. We are currently looking to bring a Service Administrator on board with our Service Team. Role and Responsibilities:

• Customer and Vendor communication
• Daily scheduling of Service Technicians and active jobsites in coordination with the Project Foreman
• Project Management - follow up on, and organization of needs for all active jobs
• Account Payable entry
• Billing active and closed jobs
• Generate quotes and support field technicians and Sales Reps regarding current and potential jobs
• Participate in monthly Service Meetings
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner via phone, email and personal interactions
• Knowledge of commercial contracting preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of basic accounting preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs (Current Software used: ComputerEase, FieldEase) Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner via phone, email and personal interactions

    • Full-time, 40 hours/week
    • Start time is 7:00am and ends at 4:00pm
