88719BRJob Title:Material HandlerDepartment/Function:Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, UtilitiesJob Description:Material Handler (Monroe, Ohio)This is an hourly, full time position.Position Summary:Material Handler is a Shipping/Receiving/Warehousing position at Alfrebro LLC in Monroe Ohio. The position reports to the Logistics Manager and involves custom packaging and preparing materials to order for shipment as well as receiving material into the facility and assisting with storage and inventory control throughout the site. All other related tasks as directed.Job Responsibilities:Schedule, plan and prepare orders for deliveryVerify correct information for products and customersPrint labels and determine proper mode of transport based on information providedChoose carriers based on needs of each order or customer routing.Pull stock from warehouse and other locations on site in order to fill the requirements of each deliveryInteract with computer systems to plan shipments, work with inventory and generate labels and all other documents required to transportation needs and internal movementsDispense materials into correct container's based on calculation of qty vs. volume using procedures provided in a clean and efficient mannerDetermine capacity and volume of containers by using formulas to accommodate custom pack size requestsCreate finished packages for each material including marking and labeling according to regulationsPackage, mark, label and prepare packages/containers and documents based on federal and international regulations for domestic and international shipments as requiredIncludes being able to be certified to prepare and process Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods shipments.Assist in creating supporting and training documents as the position develops and changes to meet business needsLoad and unload trucks and check in shipments based on accompanying documentsPull retains for QC and document all actionsTrain lower level clerks/material handlersAssist in maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and plant in general as needed to meet GMP and other related standards for safety and food securityADM requires the successful completion of a background check.---REF:88719BRReq/Job ID:88719BRCity:MonroeState:OH - OhioRef ID:#LI-DNI:About ADMAt ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide.
