Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION: Works independently with miminal supervision and within teams to lead in the identification and assessment of more complex risks (Fair Lending, Responsible Banking and Community Reinvestment Act) andtheexecutionofprocedurestoevaluatetheBank''s compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards. Develops potential strategies for closing gaps in performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

.Manages significant projects designed to improve risk assessments: (a) Develops project plans and documentation; (b) Coordinates overall project execution and provides project updates; (c) Completes assignedprojecttaskswithinagreedupontimeframes;(d)Identifies issues and roadblocks in a timely manner and works through those issues to reach an acceptable outcome; (e) Coordinates efforts with other departments impacted by the project.

.Establishes, fosters and maintains working relationships with peers and Senior Management within the Bancorp, Lines of Businesses, etc.

.Actively participate and/or lead regular meetings with peers to build and maintain knowledge of current and emerging issues and risks in the Compliance environment

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: May have supervisory responsibilities.
