  Responsibilities
  
  While no two days are exactly the same, here are some things you will be responsible for:
  
  • Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
  • Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
  • Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
  • Encouraging self-help activities
  • Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
    • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

      No appointment is required; walk right on in to interview. We will be extending offers on-the-spot, & will confirm your seat in our next new hire orientation class the following week.
      
      Positions Available:
      
      • Direct Support Professionals: Noblesville, Westfield, Fishers, Arcadia, Kokomo, & Sheridan $15-$16.60 per hour
      • Direct Support Leads: Noblesville, Westfield, & Sheridan $16-$17.60 per hour
      • Residential Area Supervisor: Noblesville, Westfield, Sheridan, Kokomo: $47,500.00 Annually plus rate 2 of $15.00 per hour
      • Business Office Manager: Sheridan, in-office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $65,000.00 Annually
      • Front Office Coordinator/Payroll & Reconcilliation: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm $22.00 per hour
