Job Description:
Pay Range - $17/hr to $18/hr

Responsibilities: Manually extract payments from envelopes,
separate and sort checks and invoices to prepare deposits according
to client specifications.
Accurately input payment amounts from checks into the software
application using a PC.
Follow specific instructions for each account to accurately prepare
deposits.
Collect and prepare check copies for re association where
applicable.
Re associate check copies with invoices and envelopes by matching
and stapling them together.
Sort completed batches in the outgoing mail area for return to the
client.
Meet or exceed established department and quality standards.
