Job Description:
We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Field Service
Technician to join our team. The role will involve significant
travel to perform installations, start-ups, and service for
Industrial Capital Equipment. The technician will be responsible
for delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring their
needs are met, and contributing to customer satisfaction,
retention, and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively to provide on-site support and service for
customers by diagnosing equipment issues, testing systems, and
implementing corrective solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical service
requests via phone and email.
- Install new equipment and perform start-up operations on customer
sites to ensure proper setup and functionality.
- Maintain confidentiality of service-related information to
protect customer trust and brand integrity.
- Organize daily work schedules to ensure efficiency and effective
time management.
- Coordinate and plan travel arrangements for field
assignments.
- Address customer complaints by identifying root causes,
suggesting improvements, and recommending necessary system
upgrades.
- Accurately document all service actions, including installation
reports, logs, and other required forms.
- Assist in the Assembly Department during downtime, assembling
machinery as needed.
- Foster positive customer relationships by providing high-quality
service and maintaining clear communication.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service role, with a
strong background in machinery mechanics and electronics.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, testing, and repairing mechanical
and electronic systems.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and shift changes as
required.
- Capable of working independently and making decisions with
minimal supervision.
