Salary: $25 hour

Position: Shop Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Location: Cleves, OH

Compensation: $25 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing/welding operations to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Develop and train shop personnel to meet safety, cost, and quality goals.
• Schedule workforce and manage workflow throughout the shop.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, assisting as needed.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cell phone restrictions.
• Monitor job performance, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Assist in workforce planning and process optimization.
• Ensure employees have proper PPE and tools.
  Requirements:
  
  
  • Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry
  • Previous experience in a Supervisor Role
  • Previous experience working in a Fab Shop Industry
  • Strong leadership skills, teamwork mentality, and hands-on work ethic.
