Nurses will work 12-hour night shifts for 13 weeks, ensuring patient safety and effective management of specialized equipment.

  --- Float Requirements: Yes - PTCA (Only CVICU patients) or other ICU units

  --- Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2
  --- Equipment: CRRT (Prismax), IABP, IMPELLA, ECMO, VADs
  --- EMR: Cerner
  
  Hiring Profile:
  --- Must Have Skills/Experience: CVICU experience, Open heart Recovery within 24hrs experience, Hemodynamic (Swan) experience
  --- Preferred Skillset/Experience: ECMO, CRRT, IABPs, Impella, VAD, and heart and lung transplant experience
