Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend Required 2 years of acute care RN experience KY or Compact License Certifications:BLS, ACLS, NIH Required Skills: --- IV insertion --- Blood draws --- PICC/Central Line management: --- Dialysis Fistula: --- CPAP/BiPAP --- Trach Care --- Periotoneal dialysis --- Epidural/PCA pump --- Feeding tubes --- Continuous bladder irrigation --- Wound vac --- Type of unit: Unit Name/Type of unit: Neurology and Oncology PCU Selling points for the unit: Great teamwork, # beds/procedures: 48 beds Patient ratio: 1:4 is standard, sometimes 1:5 or 1:6(rarely) Does RN need to know how to read tele strips?
