Ideal Candidate will have ---..

Current State Licenure and/or Certificaion/Registry, as required
Experience with management and administration of all aspects of rehabiltiatn services as well as for maintaining a clinical caseload.
Experience with working with finance personnel in reconsilling billing to ensure accuracy.
Assures that all program statndards are met, including State and SNF standards.
Knowlege of the PDPM processes
Ensures compliance with all data entry for PPS resource utilization and CPT coding daily.
Monitor treatment minutes daily.
Good communication with MDS and tracks assessment period data to include number of disciplines, treatment day/week, and daily treatment times.
