The University of Kentucky seeks a full-time,
board-certified/eligible Gastroenterology & Transplant Hepatology
physician to join a growing, well-established transplant practice.
The incoming Transplant Hepatologist will encounter excellent
support and a collegial environment and will be an integral member
of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the
University of Kentucky.Opportunity Highlights Contribute to a
growing transplant practice with the chance to involve patients in
clinical trials Responsibilities include growing and expanding a
robust clinical practice in transplant hepatology with a
combination of outpatient and inpatient work involving a mix of
office and in-hospital consultations Nurture the next generation of
healthcare professionals by collaborating with medical students,
residents, and fellows Join the largest gastroenterology team in
Kentucky under the University of Kentucky HealthCare Be part of a
Digestive Health Program recognized as a Center of Excellence by
the National Pancreas Foundation Engage with nationally recognized
experts driving cutting-edge diagnostic tests, treatments, and
research to advance digestive healthcare The successful candidate
will be board-certified in Gastroenterology and will have completed
a certified Transplant Hepatology Fellowship or will possess the
experience to qualify under the UNOS clinical experience
