We are hiring a Manager of Respiratory Therapy on Nights!
Sign-on Bonus available!We are looking for a dynamic, experienced,
independent, and results-driven Manager of Respiratory Therapy to

Respiratory Therapy will oversee all aspects of respiratory therapy
operations, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory
standards, and the professional development of the respiratory
therapy team. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of
collaboration, innovation, and excellence in care delivery.How This
Position Contributes to Our Mission--- Manage 24/7 respiratory
therapy operations to ensure continuity of care.--- Oversee
recruitment, training, and development of respiratory therapy
staff.--- Develop and implement departmental procedures, budgets,
and policies to meet operational needs.--- Ensure regulatory
compliance and adherence to best practices in respiratory
therapy.--- Collaborate with leadership to assess and address
resident and facility needs.--- Lead pulmonary rounds to enhance
quality of care and foster a positive work environment.--- Drive
quality improvement initiatives and introduce innovative care
strategies.--- Educate and counsel residents and families on
respiratory care needs.--- Uphold professionalism and promote a
values-driven workplace culture.Schedule--- Flexible work schedules
to support work-life balance:--- Choose between 4-day work weeks
(10-hour shifts) or 5-day work weeks (8-hour shifts) on nights.---
Monday through Friday schedule.--- On-call availability as needed,
with flexibility to ensure support both in and out of the
workplace.Manager of Respiratory Skills and Qualifications---
Active, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky.---
Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's
Degree preferred.--- A minimum of two years of supervisory
experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility
preferred.--- A minimum of five years of experience as a
Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting preferred.--- BLS
certification required.--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
and a willingness to learn other software as needed.What You'll
