• Residual Value Underwriting Tool Creation: Spearhead the development of a sophisticated residual value underwriting tool that will serve as a cornerstone in structuring leases on equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytics, market trends, and risk assessment methodologies into the underwriting tool.
• Bank Partnership Development: Proactively engage and build relationships with financial institutions to expand our leasing network. Showcase the capabilities of our underwriting tool to convince banks to join our network and lend based on the innovative and data-driven leasing structures.
• Financial Operations and Reporting: Oversee and maintain the internal financial operations of the business. Generate comprehensive financial reports that provide insights into the company's performance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Develop budgets for future periods, incorporating strategic financial planning and forecasting to guide the company's growth trajectory.
• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analyses and market trends. Collaborate with fellow co-founders and team members to align financial strategies with broader business goals.What we are looking for:
