Our braids are used in a variety of applications ranging from automobile side impact airbags to jet engine stator vanes and from hockey sticks to prosthetics. Current R&D programs involve the use of braid in structures of unprecedented scale, such as fan cases, rocket nozzles and commercial transport airframes.

A&P Technology's success has created the need for a Manufacturing Operations Manager. The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient and consistent manufacturing operations across all production areas, shifts and buildings. They will manage a team of managers to ensure safety, schedules, quality and efficiency are maintained while resolving any roadblocks that may impede the team's manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities:
--- Ensure efficient production through providing solutions, planning, rate monitoring, and coordination
--- Propel innovation and excellence in manufacturing methods
--- Represent a balanced, customer centric, quality focused, service-to-others mindset
--- Provide accountability and ownership for manufacturing group
--- Analyze production data to guide headcount requirements and equipment investments
--- Coordinate with multiple shift managers to ensure seamless flow of projects on all shifts
--- Collaborate with leadership team to provide operational status and challenges

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in STEM field
--- 8+ Years manufacturing operations experience
--- 5+ Years manager experience
--- Experience with lean manufacturing and data analytics
--- Excellent communication and organizational skills
--- Strong troubleshooting experience with a passion for problem solving
--- Self-motivated, dedicated, and authentic personality willing to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
