Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Operations
Manager to drive retention and expansion efforts with GTM
leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to build efficient
operational processes and define customer playbooks
Manage end-to-end project plans, prioritizing key initiatives and
executing work-stream proposals
Oversee operational cadences, including renewal forecasting and
business reviews
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or Sales
Operations
2+ years of experience working with VP+ level stakeholders
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, including report and
dashboard creation
Experience with GTM SaaS applications and ability to learn new
tools
Project/Program Management experience, managing complex end-to-end
project cycles
