Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager-Ops to support the NextGen
Program under the FSA Department of Education portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure project compliance with operational requirements and
corporate policies
Manage Customer Service and Outreach Programs, including
subcontractor supervision
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to
improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
FSA Department of Education experience preferred
Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and not be
delinquent on federal student loans
