Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director Platform Engineering
to guide the adoption of a Site Reliability Engineering model and
improve infrastructure-as-code pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage high-performance engineering teams and contribute
to strategic activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and
scalable applications
Lead the implementation of observability tools and drive continuous
improvement in applications and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (additional four years
of hands-on work experience)
10+ years of experience with AWS and large-scale application design
and operation
6+ years of experience managing a DevOps/SRE or Engineering
organization
Expertise in building automated infrastructures, preferably in AWS,
EKS, Gitlab, and Terraform
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and IaC pipelines, as well as
observability tools
