A company is looking for a Director, Learning & Innovation Lab
to lead leadership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and oversee the Learning & Innovation Lab, setting strategic
direction for leadership development
Manage a team focused on leadership development programs across all
organizational levels
Utilize modern learning technologies to enhance program
effectiveness and analyze learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in IO Psychology, HR, Organizational Development,
or related field
10-15 years of work experience in a corporate setting
5-10 years of experience managing a team
10+ years of leadership development experience
Experience with executive coaching and early career development
programs
