Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Manager I for Executive Selling Partner Relations in Social Media.

Key Responsibilities

Address Selling Partner issues and understand their experiences
Identify root causes of Selling Partner experience failures and recommend improvements
Serve as the point of contact for high-visibility escalations and drive resolutions

Required Qualifications

1+ years of program or project management experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience within the Selling Partner-Support organization
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology preferred
