Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Onboarding
Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new healthcare
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients, ensuring
a smooth transition to medical billing services
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing
guidance and support
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advocating
for their needs within the company
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience
Experience with medical records software such as Epic, Meditech,
Centricity, Athena, ECW, CPSI, and Cerner
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple
clients and projects simultaneously
Proactive mindset with a focus on customer service
Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
