- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and
overseeing concrete construction projects.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are
completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers,
architects, and contractors, to ensure effective project
execution.
- Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with project
specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals,
contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment required for
project completion.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on
project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports,
schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the resolution of any project-related issues or
conflicts that arise on-site.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure
adherence to design specifications.
- Assist in managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely
delivery and quality of work.
- Support the Project Manager in risk management, identifying
potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working
environment.
- Participate in project meetings, providing input and updates on
project status and challenges.
- Assist in the evaluation and assessment of completed projects
to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project
management or related role
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes and
materials
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project
or Primavera
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and
specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial
management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in
construction
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as
needed
