and purpose. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in
planning, coordinating, and overseeing concrete construction
projects.Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure projects
are completed on time and within financial constraints.Collaborate
with project teams, including engineers, architects, and
contractors, to ensure effective project execution.Oversee site
activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety
regulations, and quality standards.Assist in the preparation and
review of project proposals, contracts, and change
orders.Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment required
for project completion.Maintain communication with clients,
providing updates on project progress and addressing any
concerns.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including
reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.Assist in the resolution of
any project-related issues or conflicts that arise on-site.Conduct
site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to
design specifications.Assist in managing subcontractors and
vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.Support the
Project Manager in risk management, identifying potential issues
and implementing mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to safety
protocols and promote a safe working environment.Participate in
project meetings, providing input and updates on project status and
challenges.Assist in the evaluation and assessment of completed
projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or
related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in construction
project management or related roleStrong knowledge of concrete
construction processes and materialsProficiency in project
management software such as MS Project or PrimaveraExcellent
organizational and time management skillsAbility to read and
interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsStrong
communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with budgeting,
cost estimation, and financial managementAbility to work
effectively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and
ability to make decisions under pressureFamiliarity with safety
regulations and compliance standards in constructionValid driver's
license and ability to travel to job sites as
