Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a local investment company in
their search to fill an administrative assistant job in Cincinnati.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a reputable company
downtown. You will be responsible for administrative duties and

Responsibilities for this position include:
-Assist Investment Management staff with the preparation and review
of investor marketing presentation and pitch books
-Proofreed monthly investor letters and assist in teh review and
preparation of investment reports
-Maintain marketing logs and supporting client documents
-Interface with marketing team in Boston
-Assist Operations Department in general office support functions
as needed
Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Strong interpersonal skills, detailed and organized
-Excellent communication skills
-Must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
-Broker Assistant experience preferred
