Our customer, a leader in the Cincinnati financial industry, is searching for a team of Collections/Customer Service Representatives. Position Details:

Position: Collections Representative

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Hours: 3 days 8am-5pm; 2 days 12pm-9pm with rotating Saturdays.

Pay Rate: $12/hr + overtime

Length: Temp to Hire!

Job Description:

· Make outbound calls and take inbound calls in reference to fund recovery.

· Be able to speak clearly and efficiently in delivery of answers.

· Excellent conversational skills & a good energy level!

· Strong background with customer interaction.

· Ability to think on your feet.

· Team player and likes working in a group towards goals.

· Composed and confident

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with customers in an call center environment. Collections experience is preferred but not required.

• Candidates must also have basic computer knowledge and reasonable typing speed.

• Ability to work the required days and hours as listed in the job requisition.

• Zero tolerance for poor attendance.

• Mortgage experience a plus! Pay rates are higher for those with mortgage experience.
