Job Title: Data Entry/Documentation Processor
Client: Banking
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, 45227 - Onsite
Duration: 3-4 Months (Extension based on performance)
Pay range: $16 /hr. - $18 /hr.(Without any Benefits)
Shift Hours: Mon - Fri 7:00AM to 3:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deposit Processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing transactions for deposit in a production environment, following established procedures and utilizing computer-based software unique to the area.

Responsibilities:
Manually extract payments from envelopes, separate and sort checks and invoices to prepare deposits according to client specifications

Accurately input payment amounts from checks into a unique software application using a PC

Follow specific instructions for each account to accurately prepare deposits

Collect and prepare check copies for re-association as needed

Sort completed batches in outgoing mail area for return to the client

Maintain department quality standards and meet or exceed established processing procedures

Perform general housekeeping in and around the work environment

Perform other duties as assigned
